Church Discovery Weekend

From November 8-11 we will be hosting two Effectiveness coaches from District Office.  They will be examining our church - building, service, finances, vision, mission, values, people, ministries - and helping us to fine-tune our church's direction.  This will be a busy weekend!  Some of the portions of this include:

Pastor Interview - Thursday afternoon

Board Interview - Thursday Supper

Focus Group Discussion - Thursday evening

Leader interviews - Friday morning

Leader Training - Saturday

Service and report presentation - Sunday
